Before & After Grounding

These thermographic images show how the body responds to grounding. On the left, you see signs of overload and possible inflammation (red/orange). On the right, after grounding, the body shows a more balanced temperature distribution.

Your Body = Electricity

How Grounding Works From Your Own Home

What is Grounding

Why We Are No Longer Grounded

We live indoors, wear rubber-soled shoes, and spend hours looking at screens. Modern lifestyles have completely disconnected us from the earth’s natural energy.

Do you have questions? We have the answers!

What is grounding, and how does it work?

Grounding (also called earthing) is the direct contact of your body with the earth’s natural electrical energy. This can be done outdoors by walking barefoot on grass or sand, but also indoors through special products that connect to a grounded outlet. This connection helps your body naturally release excess tension.

Do I need to use my LivingGrounded product every day?

It’s not necessary, but consistent use provides the best effect. Many people use it daily while sleeping – this way it doesn’t take extra time and naturally becomes part of your routine.

How do i wash my grounding sheets?

To wash the grounding sheets:

  1. Unplug the grounded product from the outlet.
  2. Remove the grounding cord.
  3. Machine wash on a cold cycle and a gentle program.
  4. Do not use bleach or fabric softener.
  5. Air dry or use a low heat setting in the dryer (air drying is recommended).
  6. Do not iron, in order to maintain the grounding function.

Is it safe to plug my grounding cord into my socket?

Absolutely. Our products do not carry electricity and are only connected to the grounding of the outlet. It is a passive connection – there is no risk of shocks or current flow. It is safe with normal use and when connected to a grounded outlet.

How fast will i notice results?

That varies from person to person. Some notice an immediate difference in relaxation or sleep quality, while for others it takes a bit longer. Grounding works subtly and in the background. Even if you don’t feel something right away, the effect is still there.

Does it also work if I put a fitted sheet over my grounding sheet?

Yes, absolutely! As long as the fitted sheet is thin and made of natural material like cotton. The flow of free electrons can pass through, although direct contact is always the most effective. Avoid thick synthetic fabrics on top.

What if my socket isn't grounded?

Then we recommend using an optional grounding rod to connect directly to the earth outside. Alternatively, have your outlet checked by an electrician (this is an easy fix for them). Only use the product as intended, with the proper connection.

How do i know if my grounding product works?

If it is correctly connected to a grounded outlet, it will work. If you want to be sure, you can test it with a multimeter or a simple socket tester. Also, pay attention to how your body feels over time that is often the best indicator.
