My name is Guissep, and I’m the founder of Living Grounded.

This journey started from a personal place. I’ve seen up close what long-term discomfort can do to someone you love and how often the usual solutions like medications, routines, or treatments fall short of offering real, lasting relief.

That’s what led me to explore grounding:
The natural process of reconnecting the body with the Earth’s surface energy. What began as a personal experiment quickly turned into something more something calming, restorative, and deeply needed.

But life today makes grounding difficult.

That’s where the idea for Living Grounded was born:
