90-Day Money-Back Guarantee on Eligible Items
If you’re not completely satisfied with your Living Grounded purchase, you have 90 days from the delivery date to return it for a full refund.

To qualify for a refund, the item must be in good condition and returned in its original packaging. We believe that 90 days is more than enough time to truly experience the benefits of grounding and determine whether it's the right fit for you.

How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, simply email us at info@livinggrounded.eu. Please include your order number and the tracking code for the return shipment. As soon as we receive your tracking details, we will begin processing your return within 12 hours.

When Will I Receive My Refund?
Refunds are initiated via Shopify Payments within one business day after your return has been processed. Depending on your bank, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account. We always refund the full original order amount, including the initial shipping cost.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service and keeping your tracking number until your refund has been confirmed. This helps ensure the process is smooth and efficient.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong item, contact us immediately at info@livinggrounded.eu with your order number. We will replace the item at no extra cost. Please include a photo if applicable to help speed up the process.

Order Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your order after placing it, please contact us as soon as possible. We ship orders daily (Monday to Saturday). If your order has already been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible — you’ll need to return the item to receive a refund.

Change of Mind & Exchanges
If you changed your mind or want to exchange an item, reach out to us within the 90-day return window. Note: for hygiene reasons, only unused products can be exchanged.

Missing Delivery
If tracking shows your order was delivered but you haven’t received it, contact us within 1 week of the stated delivery date. We’ll investigate and send a replacement or refund depending on the case.

Return Processing Time
We aim to process returns within 1 business day after receiving the item. Refunds typically take 3–7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank’s processing time.
